This 39-unit senior apartment building began its life in 1930 as Hotel Vinita. Nearly a century later, it has been renovated to provide much-needed living space for area residents. This building’s signature Spanish architecture was cited as a primary reason for its listing in the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
